Wait it out. The sadness will leave you soon. Pitch up a tent and take 2 hour shifts in between naps waiting for it to go. It’s okay. 

I never knew how to put up a tent, don’t you know. Nobody told me how to make it stand up right or where the pegs went; I never had the strength to do it on my own. Nobody told me that I could take shifts, that I didn’t have to do it all at once. 

Wait it out, with your cup of coffee and listen to your favourite song, watch your favourite film with some digestive biscuits.

Wait on it, sleep it off, I promise tomorrow morning will be a good morning, trust me.
